Photoshop Take One!

(Using my IPhone 7) This photo was taken at Ft Knox, Kentucky Cadet Summer Training before the cadets of 6th Regiment Basic Camp conducted their 6-mile road march. The road march would test their overall physical and mental fortitude as their graduation requirement upon completing Basic Camp. This sunrise I feel captured the moment of almost completion of camp, they could see the end of camp slowly rising in the horizon.
After utilizing Adobe Photoshop CC 2017, I was able to bring out more of the details in the picture. I edited the Brightness dropping it down to -80 and increasing the contrast all the way up to 100. Then I adjusted the levels of the image to 1.03 and increased the exposure to 1.51 dropping the offset to -0.063. I didn't tamper with the Gamma Correction so that was left at a default setting of 1, thus the completed image. It overall made the bottom of the image darker making the background of the cadets faded out but it brought the sun rise to life. Photoshop gave me the ability to enhance the color scheme of the sun rise making the colors more dynamic in the photo.

On Photoshop, you have the ability to do many things to images. One of those things is the ability to add a text box. In the picture to the left, I added a text box with the statement, "Rise & Shine." In the utility bar on the left side of Photoshop, there is a T, this allows you to add text boxes. In my image, I used the Appl Chancery, font size 36, with a white font color to just make it more visible on the colorful scheme.
